Preparing for your arrival

Getting Here:

The countdown to your get-away is on! By now, you may have already organized your flight to Tulum. If not, here's a quick guide:

Tulum is accessible via two main airports: Tulum International Airport (TQO) and Cancún International Airport (CUN). We offer complimentary pick up and drop off from Tulum International (TQO) ONLY.

If you have opted for our complimentary pick up and drop off, then read on! If you are making your own way to the accommodation then please continue in this section:

You can arrange a private transfer from Tulum Airport or Cancún Airport from Canada Transfers which will cost around US $167. You can also get the ADO bus from either airport to Tulum Centro station. This will cost around US $13 and take 2 hours 45 minutes.

If you opt for public transport, make sure to reach out to your Community Manager, they'll guide you through the process.

Arrival Process

Yum Kaax, your home for the next week, is located a 40-minute drive from Tulum International Airport. There will be a driver with a DESTINATION REINVENTION sign waiting for you at the airport.
