Our specially curated event schedule will immerse you in local culture, while comfortable private accommodations and on-site workspaces ensure you stay productive. We are offering 3, multi-room apartment accommodations, all within a 5 minute walk from each other in Eixample Esquerra. Laing, Aneto and Seron apartments all boast their own gorgeous aesthetic and comforts. The apartments are designed with a modern, cozy style and offer premium, comfort and base style rooms. Liang apartment is a gorgeous, contemporary apartment featuring three bedrooms (one premium master with ensuite bathroom, and two comfort rooms that share a large modern bathroom), as well as a cozy fitreplace, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, yoga/meditation room, large communal working desk and a viewing balcony to soak up the Spanish sun!
Aneto Apartment
Aneto is the perfect place to call your home in Barcelona! Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one premium master suite with ensuite bathroom, one comfort room and one base room which share a modern bathroom), as well as a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, main working desk with a view, and a viewing balcony for easy city viewing!
Seron Apartment
Seron is a beautiful and cozy home-away-from-home for your month in Barcelona! Seron features three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one premium master suite with ensuite bathroom, one comfort room and one base room which share a modern bathroom), as well as a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, small communal office space, and a french balcony for the most perfect morning coffee spot (or evening nightcap) in the city.

What are the co working spaces?
There are various shared spaces in each home for working. We also offer a 50% discount at an expansive, modern co working building just a short walk from the apartments. Barcelona really is full of coworkings and cafes you can discover and work from as well if you prefer!
How fast is the Wifi?
The internet speed is around 500 mbps, we always have the fastest locally available internet.
How can I do my laundry?
Yes, you can do your own laundry onsite.
Can I cook my own food?
Yes, each home has its own fully equipped kitchen
Do we need to attend all events?
No events are compulsory, but we encourage you to try and make as many as possible in order to truly be a part of the community.
Is there housekeeping, if so how often?
There is weekly cleaning.
Do rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all the rooms in Barcelona have airconditioning.
What is the closest airport and how far is the journey?
The closest airport is the Barcelona International airport (El Prat) and the drive to each house is around a 15-20 minute cab drive away.
How far is the local area(s) from the property?
All our 3 properties in Barcelona are located within walking distance of one another and in very central and buzzing neighbourhoods.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation of reservations or portions of reservations MUST be received in writing.
● 60 days or more prior to arrival = 100% refund of deposit, less 20% cancellation fee (of total trip price) + US$100 processing fee.
● 0 - 60 days prior to arrival = No refund
● No show = No refund
● All shared accommodation is non transferable
Due to the above it is HIGHLY recommended that all clients purchase “trip cancellation insurance” in order to cover a possible cancellation of 60 days or less of your itinerary.
