DAY 1
Friday 16th – Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Evening: Atipana – 4-step gourmet menu paired with local wines
Time: 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Drive Time: ~1 hour 20 minutes from accommodation
Atipana is a family-run restaurant nestled in Mendoza's Uco Valley, offering a serene and intimate dining experience. Expect a fusion of Argentine and international cuisines, fresh ingredients from their organic garden, and panoramic Andes views.
DAY 2
Saturday 17th – A Day of Indulgence
Afternoon: Ruda Cocina – 6-course shared lunch with dessert, each dish paired with wine
Time: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Drive Time: ~1 hour from accommodation
Ruda Cocina is a contemporary gem blending local flavors with inventive seasonal cuisine. The atmosphere is stylish and minimal, focused on fresh regional ingredients and beautiful presentation.
Evening: Gimenez Riili – Tapas & Wine Sunset Experience
Time: 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Drive Time: 40 minutes from Ruda, 1 hour 20 minutes back to accommodation
Enjoy empanadas, grilled meats, risotto, and chocolate cake, paired with boutique wines and a cocktail as the sun sets over the Andes. This boutique winery is known for its hospitality, scenic views, and high-quality cuisine.
DAY 3
Sunday 18th – Vineyard Biking & Farewell
Morning: Vistalba Vineyard Bike Tour & Lunch
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Cruise through 7 private vineyards in the world-renowned Vistalba region, home to some of the best Malbecs in the world. Learn about the care of the vines and enjoy the stunning scenery with wine tastings along the way.
Afternoon: Ride to Mendoza Airport or city centerTime: 2:30 PM
