What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation of reservations or portions of reservations MUST be received in writing.
● 90 days or more prior to arrival = 100% refund of deposit, less 20% cancellation fee (of total trip price) + US$100 processing fee.
● 0 - 90 days prior to arrival = No refund
● No show = No refund
● All shared accommodation is non transferable
Due to the above it is HIGHLY recommended that all clients purchase “trip cancellation insurance” in order to cover a possible cancellation of 90 days or less of your itinerary.
Do we need to attend all events?
While none of the events are compulsory, they are part of the experience, as well as connecting with your community for the week, and are included in the price of your Edition! We highly encourage attendance to all the week's events for these reasons.
How many people are on the trip?
There are 18 rooms in the accommodation offering individual, and multi-person occupancy options. We expect anywhere from 18-22 people.
What flights are needed to get there?
The closest airport is the International Waterloo airport.
How will I get from the airport to the property?
You can book your personal flight and organize your transportation to and from the accommodation on the respective start and end dates.
Is alcohol included or available?
We're all about keeping it calm and responsible, and we don't support excessive drinking.

The closest healthcare facilities to Manoir Maplewood in Waterloo, Quebec, include:
Hôpital Brome-Missisquoi-Perkins (BMP), located about 25 minutes away in Cowansville. It offers a range of services including emergency care, diagnostics, and general medicine.
CLSC Memphrémagog in Magog, approximately a 30-minute drive from Waterloo. It provides emergency medical services, consultations, and outpatient care options.
