Ready for a true wilderness experience? Join us for an unforgettable day exploring Yala National Park, Sri Lanka’s premier wildlife destination and home to one of the world’s largest leopard populations. We’ll depart Weligama at 10:00 AM, stopping en route for a snack/lunch around 12:00 PM, before arriving at the park entrance by 1:30 PM. After entering the park at 2:00 PM, your expert guide will lead a thrilling afternoon safari through Yala’s vast terrain—spotting elephants, crocodiles, sloth bears, buffalo, exotic birds, and if we’re lucky, the elusive leopard. At 6:00 PM, we’ll exit the park and begin our return journey. A group dinner stop is scheduled around 8:00 PM, with an expected arrival back at Outpost by 10:00 PM. This is an adventure not to be missed!
